COVID-19


COVID-19 is the latest strain of coronavirus to enter the human population.


We are very focused on studying this and many other viruses, and on developing vaccines for those we fear the most.


As with Influenza, our best defense against COVID-19 is our own immune systems.


Humanity is increasingly impairing our immune systems, and so threatening our existence.


The respiratory disease that broke out in the Wuhan province of China at the end of 2019 has now been named by the WHO. This will allow synthetic treatments to be formulated, patented and monetized.


We are very focused on studying this and other viruses; searching for ways to stop them or prevent their transmission. A vast amount of money is spent on this, and some of the best brains on the planet are dedicated to this research. A friend of mine–a virologist–recently confided in me that his understanding of this life form had led him back to his faith in God, as he could see no way for Humanity to survive short of a major miracle.


Yet we have not only survived viruses for tens of thousands of years, but we have prospered all this time in close proximity to these parasites. Pandemics of influenza have been reported throughout recorded history, with the worst being the Spanish Flu of 1918-19. This illness swept the world in three waves, infecting over 80% of people in most countries and killing an estimated 20 million. Still, a sixth of the World’s population seems to have been somehow protected from the Virus.


Over the years we have survived these viral attacks by having a properly functioning immune system. The Spanish Flu shows what happens when a large number of the population’s immune system is impaired, as the World was just exiting a major war and living conditions were almost universally terrible.


Today, our immune systems have depressed to levels never before seen in human history. The environmental conditions responsible for climate change have also led to rapid and large declines in human health. The nutrients, especially vitamins, that underpin our immune system are not ingested in the quantities needed to combat the sustained assault on our person that is modern living.


Your best defense against COVID-19 (and many other viruses to come) is a properly functioning immune system. To properly function, your immune system will need support from vitamin supplementation. Adopt the regime below, set out by two-time Nobel laureate Dr. Linus Pauling in his book ‘How to live longer and feel better’.


VITAMIN C 6-18 grams daily, more if you feel ill.

VITAMIN E 400-1,600 IU daily

VITAMIN B super B tablet daily

VITAMIN A 25,000 IU daily

MULTI MINERAL SUPPLEMENT daily


Forget the face masks; they are only useful if the air quality and the situation demands it. Keep your nostrils clean by using a dropper and a saline solution daily, then put a few drops of effervescent vitamin C dissolved in water in each nostril a few times daily, and more often if your nostrils become itchy.
