ADMISSION i do not like exercise

Hate to exercise, especially if it involves running, but I love how exercise makes me feel and look. Moving, sometimes with resistance affects every aspect of our being, makes you smarter, happier, with a right looking body, perfectly balanced for you. Because I dislike exercise I minimise the time spent doing it, typically 30 minutes a morning, doing body weight resistance training and kettle bell throws, and then later a walk with or without weight) or a fartlek (walk, run, sprint, jog) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Hits all the bases, keeps me ready.
